Dance Into College by College in 3-2-1: Video Editing​​​​​​​
Client's Vision and Objectives:
My client, an independent educational consultant, wanted to leverage their expertise in creating concise and consistent YouTube videos that would serve as an educational and informative platform for aspiring dancers looking to pursue higher education. 
They aimed to achieve the following objectives:
Attract Targeted Audience: The primary focus was on attracting a niche audience of aspiring dancers and their parents, creating valuable content that resonated with their needs and concerns.
Establish Authority: Through insightful interviews and informative content, the client aimed to establish themselves as a trusted voice in the niche, building credibility within the dance and college admissions communities.
Generate Leads and Clients: Ultimately, the client sought to convert viewers into customers by offering consulting services related to dance college admissions.
My Approach Involved:
Creative Video Production: I developed multiple versions of company/channel introductions. Additionally, I used video editing techniques to keep the content dynamic, incorporating motion graphics, music, and other elements to enhance viewer engagement.
In-Depth Research: I conducted thorough research to identify relevant information on the institutions covered.
Short-Form Content Creation: With the main video content created, future plans involve creating shorter clips/reels, optimized for various social media platforms. This approach will maximize the reach of the content and encourage a broader audience engagement.

My client, the owner of a YouTube channel, sought a video editor to enhance their existing content and create a new video to announce the launch of a new YouTube show.
Their objectives encompassed:
Video Enhancement: Improve the quality and engagement of recorded videos by adding editing touches and supplementary content. This includes adding introductory segments and incorporating motion graphics of "Subscribe & Like" prompts within the video frames.
New Show Announcement: Create a fun video that announces the debut of their new YouTube podcast. This video should serve as a captivating teaser to generate anticipation and excitement among their audience.
My Approach:
Video Editing: I leveraged my video editing skills to refine existing content by integrating introductions, enhancing visual appeal, and strategically placing engagement cues.
Creative Production: For the new YouTube show announcement video, I utilized the client's provided music and logo to craft an enticing and visually captivating teaser. This would involve video editing, audio, motion graphics, and consistent pacing.
Client Collaboration: Close collaboration with the client would be maintained to ensure the personalized content aligns with their brand identity and vision.
Client Feedback:
"I want to give Kudos to Erin, her and I have been working for several months and she is a real pleasure to work with. I know when I give her a video to edit it will be done right and done quickly. She communicates well if at any time a video is taking longer than expected to complete."
